You don’t often see the words “Kim Kardashian” and “goth” in the same sentence. It’s just not really her vibe … or is it? Kardashian is full of surprises, and the manicure she chose for the Maison Margiela Haute Couture show in Paris definitely made me do a double take.
Instead of her usual milky pink or sheer white polish, Kardashian chose a deep, dark, gothic black to pair with her optical illusion gown. It wasn’t just the color that felt surprising, either; while Kardashian is no stranger to long nails, she usually opts for a stiletto shape, but this time she went with a sharp coffin in an extra long length. Kardashian wore her dark hair long and straight down her back with lots of shine and stuck to her usual neutral glam and bold, fluttery lash. Move over, Elvira — a new queen of darkness has arrived.
