Josh Hall Breaks His Silence Over Christina Hall Divorce
Christina Hall is enjoying some time away with the girls amid her breakup from Josh Hall.
The Southern California-based HGTV star shared photos from a trip with two gal pals Aug. 3, about two weeks after she and her estranged husband filed for divorce after more than two years of marriage.
“Much needed girls trip,” Christina captioned a photo of herself with friends Stacy Evatt and Robyn Purpero standing on a dock, which she posted on her Instagram Stories. “41 is SO good.”
The Christina on the Coast star, who celebrated her birthday in July, also shared a pic of herself lying on a rug and smiling in a lavishly decorated room as her pals stand nearby. She captioned the pic, “When it’s been a really good last night.”
While Christina did not reveal the trio’s travel destination, she posted a pic of a large and “dreamy” house in the area, as well as video of rain and lightning over their waterfront location, captioning the video, “Southern storms.”
Christina had also spent time with both women at Robyn’s birthday weekend celebration in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in May. The TV personality had also brought Josh along for the festivities.

“I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for,” Josh, 43, wrote on Instagram Aug. 2. “I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever.”

He continued, “We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are.”
Before he shared his statement, Josh had posted photo of a sculpture spelling out the word hope. Christina responded by reposting the image on her Instagram Story along with the message, “I ‘HOPE’ she pays me millions more than what she’s already offered me.” She later deleted her post. He has not commented on her remark.
Josh posted his statement a week after Christina seemingly called him out amid their court proceedings.
“I have worked my a– off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you- but ‘still i rise.’”
She added that “divorces do not happen overnight & there is always a breaking point. This one is personal.”

In April 2022, fans learned that Christina and Josh privately tied the knot. They then celebrated their union with a wedding in Hawaii that September.
“Shared vows in front of family and our close friends,” Christina wrote on Instagram Sept. 4. “Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be. My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love.”
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.

The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star’s birthday with a sweet tribute.
“Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!” he wrote on Instagram. “This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of. Christina is about to make her 40’s the best decade of her life and looking better than ever while doing it!I’m a lucky man and thank my lucky stars that she chose me to take this ride with her that is now our life. Ride or die baby, love you more than anything.”
