The countdown to the holiday season is nearly complete. While some folks are itching to break out the decorations and put up a tree, I’m more focused on all the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales just waiting to be shopped. If Thanksgiving ingredients are starting to amass on countertops, that’s when you know it’s time to start shopping. Namely, I’m anticipating the sale at Nordstrom, a retailer that really knows how to throw down each year. While we don’t know exactly what items or brands will be included in the discounted selection just yet, my shopping senses tell me it’s bound to be good. With the winter chill here to stay, maybe it’s time to finally try a Canada Goose jacket. Or, do I dare wonder if the Margiela Tabi boot will get marked down? Nordstrom’s home department is an absolute treasure trove. Be it kitchen gifts or home décor, there are so many goodies to be discovered. Grab some blankets and throw pillows from UGG or Barefoot Dreams to give out as gifts. Invest in enough Le Creuset to fill your entire kitchen. Maybe it’s finally time for you to try the Our Place Always Pan, while you’re at it. Who knows what might be included in Nordstrom’s BFCM sale? All I know is that I’m keeping my eyes on the prize: new bed sheets, perhaps from Boll & Branch or Parachute Home.
