Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Head to LACMA Gala and Share Sweet Red Carpet Moment

On Saturday, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck walked the red carpet together for the 2023 LACMA Art+Film Gala, presented by Gucci, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. J.Lo was wearing a gold gown with a semi-sheer lace skirt featuring a thigh-high leg slit, and a satin cutout bodice.

A heavy gold necklace with a red jewel pendant emphasized her gorgeous décolletage, and she wore matching open toe heels. The Marry Me star wore her hair down in waves and carried an envelope clutch in one hand. On her wrist, she wore a gold watch.

Affleck was wearing a classic black tuxedo, and the pair paused several times on the red carpet to smile at one another affectionately.

The event that night was honoring filmmaker David Fincher and artist Judy Baca. The Gala raises money annually to encouraged the museum’s curatorial programming to make film more central to exhibition and education efforts. For the 12th consecutive year, LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio co-chaired the party, inviting Lenny Kravitz to perform for the star-studded guest list.

In a recent interview with Vogue to promote her new Beso Balm from J.Lo Beauty, Lopez discussed how being with Affleck has given her even more confidence in herself than ever.

“Ben wants me to understand my worth and know my value,” she explained. “I feel even more relaxed and comfortable, which makes me feel even more beautiful than I have ever felt with someone else.”

She added, “I’m finally at the point in my life where I love every part of myself unapologetically. Every part of me, my body, my voice, my choices, even like my mistakes. All of it made me who I am and got me to where I am today.”
